Getting Started

New to Pocket CRM? Follow these steps to get up and running.

  1. Create an account and verify your email.
  2. Set up your business settings and products (optional).
  3. Start logging customer interactions in seconds.
  4. View reports and insights to improve your sales.

Creating Locations & Location Wise Interactions

Locations help you track where your sales activities happen. Create a location (e.g., a store, market stall, or event venue) before logging interactions. Each interaction is then tied to that location, so you can see which places perform best.

  1. Create a location with a name and place type (e.g., Shopping Mall, Street Location, Trade Fair)
  2. Start a location session when you arrive this becomes your active location
  3. Log interactions as usual they are automatically linked to your active location
  4. End the location when you leave, or switch to a new one

Logging Interactions

After each customer conversation, tap the quick buttons to log the outcome: bought, didn't buy, will come back, too expensive, or done. No typing required. Your data builds over time to show patterns and performance.

Quick Access How It Works

Quick Access lets you log interactions without a full login. Install the app on your phone, tablet, or computer, then use it anytime with just your email.

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Receive a 6 digit code via email
  3. Enter the code and start logging interactions

Call Logs, Email, Calendar & More

PocketCRM helps you manage your full sales workflow with these built in tools:

  • Call logs Log incoming and outgoing calls with customers and leads
  • Emails Track email communications and follow ups
  • Google Meet & Calendar Sync events, schedule meetings, and join Google Meet links
  • Reminders Set reminders for follow ups, meetings, and important tasks
  • Leads Collect and manage new leads, track prospects, and convert them into customers

Campaign Management

Create campaigns to track promotions, events, or sales initiatives. Every interaction, lead, and customer can be linked to a campaign so you can measure performance and understand what works.

  1. Create a campaign with a name, description, and date range
  2. Select the campaign when logging interactions or adding leads
  3. View campaign specific metrics: interactions, leads, customers, and calls
  4. Compare campaigns to see which promotions or events perform best

Small Stores & Team Management

PocketCRM is built for department stores and small businesses with teams of 4 or more. Invite team members, track everyone's performance, and manage your store as a unified unit.

  1. Invite team members via email they join your company and share the same data
  2. Each team member logs their own interactions; all data is centralized
  3. View team wide metrics: performance by person, customer flow, and conversion rates
  4. Use User Management to add or remove team members and control access

Products & Package Management

Manage your product catalog and streamline order fulfillment. Create products, track packages, and notify customers when orders are ready for pickup.

  1. Products Add products in Business Settings or create them on the fly when creating agreements; track which products drive the most revenue
  2. Order & package tracking Record tracking numbers, monitor status from arrival to pickup, and view all orders in one place
  3. Pickup scheduling Set pickup times and locations, sync with your calendar, and update status with one click when ready or picked up
  4. Customer notifications Send automated emails when packages are ready, including order details, tracking info, and pickup time and location

Game Challenge

Play a competing game with friends. Compete on sales goals, interactions, or conversions and see who comes out on top. Great for teams and peer motivation.

  1. Invite friends or colleagues to join the challenge
  2. Set the challenge type (e.g. most interactions, best conversion rate, or custom goals)
  3. Track progress on a shared leaderboard and see rankings in real time
  4. Celebrate the winner and start a new round to keep the momentum going

Invite & Earn is free to use for all users. Invite friends or colleagues to join PocketCRM; when they register, you both earn coins. Save up coins to unlock free premium months no extra cost.

  1. Send an invitation from your account (Dashboard or Invite section)
  2. When your friend signs up using your link, you both receive coins
  3. Collect coins over time; reach the threshold to unlock free premium months

View your interactions, conversion rates, and trends. Understand what works and what doesn't. Export data when you need it.
